General Return Terms

By completing a purchase through our platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Return Policy. Returns will only be accepted in accordance with the conditions specified below.


1. General Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds or replacements are offered for products that are defective (not working as intended upon arrival) or damaged (broken or mishandled during shipping) upon validation.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order number) is required.


2. Electronic Products

(Mobiles, Laptops, Computers, Monitors, Televisions, and Other Electronic Components)

⚠️ Important: Due to the sensitive nature of electronics, returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and sealed, unless it is defective upon arrival.

Conditions for Return/Refund of Electronics:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, documentation, and packaging intact.

  • The factory seal must be unbroken and the packaging undamaged.

  • Opened or used electronics are non-refundable, unless proven defective upon arrival.

  • If defective, contact us at info@figgz.com / figgzoshop@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description.

  • We will assist with warranty processing via the manufacturer or authorized service center.

  • Refunds for electronics will only be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.

Products made in China under category A are non-returnable. Exchanges are only permitted within one week of receipt.

3. Wholesale Return Policy Clause

All wholesale purchases are considered final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

By placing a wholesale purchase and completing the transaction, the buyer agrees to waive any right to return, exchange, or refund.

By placing a wholesale order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this no-return policy.

Any purchase comprising twenty (20) or more units of the same product in a single order, or the cumulative quantity of the same product purchased through multiple orders within a specified timeframe, shall be considered a wholesale purchase. This timeframe is calculated over a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the first order.

Accordingly, such purchases shall be treated as wholesale and are subject to the wholesale return policy, which prohibits returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage wholesale clients to review their orders carefully prior to submission, as exceptions will not be made once the transaction is completed.


4. Physical Goods (Non-Electronic)

  • Non-electronic items can be returned within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used items are not eligible unless defective upon arrival.


5. Condition of Returned Products (All Items)

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

  • Products with signs of use, damage, or missing components may be denied or refunded partially.


6. Refund Process

  1. Email us at info@figgz.com / figgzoshop@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and (if applicable) a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us at your own expense.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


7. Refund Denial Conditions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The item is not returned in original condition.

  • The return request is made outside the allowed time frame.

  • The product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage.

  • All Category A products made in China are non-returnable.
  • The product is non-refundable as specified in this policy.


8. Restocking Fees and Additional Costs

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind).

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • If a replacement is requested, shipping fees may apply unless the original product was defective or incorrect.
