These Seller Policies (“Policies”) govern your use of the Figgz marketplace (“Platform”) as a seller. These policies are designed to foster a transparent, secure, and fair environment for all users. By registering as a seller and listing products or services on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Policies and our Terms of Service.
Failure to comply with these Policies may result in warnings, listing removals, account suspension, or termination.
1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Figgz immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
- Account Usage: Your account is for your exclusive use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another party without our written consent.
- Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your business operations and listings comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
2. Listing Products and Services
- Accuracy and Completeness: All listings must be accurate, truthful, and complete. You must provide a clear and detailed description of the product or service, including its condition, specifications, price, and any applicable fees or charges.
- Product Sourcing: You are responsible for ensuring that all products you list are legally obtained and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- High-Quality Images: Product images must be clear, high-resolution, and accurately represent the item being sold. The use of stock photos is generally discouraged unless they accurately depict the product.
- Pricing Transparency: All prices must be clearly stated and inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees. Shipping costs must be clearly displayed.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Illegal items, substances, or services
- Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized copies of products
- Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
- Hazardous materials and explosives
- Drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
- Adult content, pornography, and sexually explicit materials
- Hate speech, discriminatory content, and content that promotes violence or incites hatred
- Items that infringe on intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
- Any other item prohibited by law or our Terms of Service
3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Timely Processing: You are responsible for processing orders promptly and fulfilling them within the timeframe specified in your listing.
- Shipping Methods: You must offer reliable shipping methods with tracking information.
- Packaging: Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping Costs: You must clearly state the shipping costs in your listings and ensure that they are accurate.
- Delays: You must promptly notify buyers of any shipping delays or issues and provide them with updated tracking information.
- International Shipping: If you offer international shipping, you are responsible for complying with all applicable customs regulations and for informing buyers of any potential duties, taxes, or fees.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Service
- Clear Policies: You must clearly state your return, exchange, and refund policies in your listings.
- Processing Returns: You must process return requests promptly and in accordance with your stated policies and our guidelines.
- Refunds: Refunds should be issued promptly when a buyer is entitled to one under your policies or applicable laws.
- Customer Service: You are responsible for providing excellent customer service and responding to buyer inquiries promptly.
- Dispute Resolution: You must cooperate with Figgz to facilitate the fair resolution of any disputes with buyers.
5. Seller Conduct and Responsibilities
- Professionalism: You must conduct yourself professionally and treat all buyers with respect.
- Communication: You must respond to buyer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Accuracy: You must keep your listings accurate and up-to-date regarding product availability, specifications, and prices.
- Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and your listings.
- Feedback and Reviews: You must not manipulate the feedback or review system in any way. Soliciting false or biased reviews is strictly prohibited.
6. Platform and Policy Enforcement
- Monitoring: Figgz reserves the right to monitor listings and seller activity to ensure compliance with these Policies and our Terms of Service.
- Investigations: We may investigate any suspected violations of these Policies.
- Enforcement Actions: If we determine that you have violated these Policies, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning
- Removing listings
- Suspending or terminating your account
- Withholding payments
- Taking legal action
- Policy Changes: Figgz reserves the right to modify these Policies at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policies.
7. Data Privacy and Security
- Data Protection: You must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if applicable.
- Customer Information: You must protect the privacy of customer information and use it only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and providing customer support.
- Security Measures: You must implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
By registering as a seller on Figgz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Seller Policies and our Terms of Service.
