When can I expect my order to ship?
All in-stock items ship within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate emails for each one.

How will I know when my order ships?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships. For multiple shipments, each will have its own email and tracking info.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We’re happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies by order total and selected shipping option. See the chart above for details.

Do orders ship on weekends?
No. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
To ship to more than one address, please place separate orders for each destination.

Only part of my order was delivered. What should I do?
Check your shipping confirmation email for details on what was included in the shipment. If anything is missing and not listed in other emails, contact our Customer Care team.

I didn’t receive my order or it’s delayed. What should I do?
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to check status. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address in your confirmation emails.
  2. Wait for the full estimated delivery window—packages can sometimes show as delivered up to 2 days before they arrive.
  3. If it’s still missing, contact Customer Care.

Why is my order being held?
We may hold orders that appear fraudulent. Check your order status here. If it’s been more than 2 business days without a shipping email, contact Customer Care.
